our los angeles wedding vendors
Finding wedding vendors can be overwhelming — especially when you live in a big city like Los Angeles where there are seemingly an unlimited amount of options. Not to mention how expensive they can be! Seeing florist minimums of 10K hit my inbox nearly gave me a heart attack.
While I can’t speak to their current pricing as this was nearly a year ago, I can speak to the level of care, skill, professionalism, quality and overall loveliness of all of these vendors! I would hire them all over again if I had the chance to re-do it. If you’re in the LA/OC/SoCal area and looking for recommendations — here are mine!
Also word of advice! For some reason I was really hesitant at first to use preferred/recommended vendors from our venue. I didn’t want to feel forced into selecting a vendor and was suspicious there would be some price gouging involved. But after weeks of research the reasons I actually loved booking preferred vendors were:
Familiarity/experience: Knowing they’ve worked at numerous weddings before ours in this space relieved some stress and uncertainty for when it came to logistics, timeline building and general best practices!
Inspiration: Instead of having to guess what their work would look like in the space, I was able to look through previous real weddings in our own venue which made it so easy to envision our day!
Trust: Our venue was serious on the rule front and if they trusted these vendors, so did I!
Hope this helps anyone looking for vendors or needing some inspiration! If you book any of them please tell them I sent you! I don’t get commission, but would just love for them to know :)

This venue was everything we wanted in more. Tons of greenery, edgy, unique and local! Can’t say enough amazing things about our experience in the space and with the team.
Catering/Bar/Staff: Fundamental Events
What sold me on Fundamental besides their incredible professionalism and delicious food was the fact that they could provide staff, rental and bar services as well! If there’s anything that makes wedding planning by yourself a whole lot easier it’s finding vendors who can take on multiple roles. Also I loved the tasting experience! They set up such a sweet candlelit dinner for us - one of the best tasks in wedding planning by far!
Jes is a magician. When I met her in person for the first time it felt like I had known her for years. Head to my IG to let her photos speak for themselves.
Videographer: Dominique Hessert
Dominique is an incredible documentary cinematographer working on docs you’ve seen on Amazon Prime and Netflix AND our wedding. Casual.
Super 8mm Videographer: Margaret Kellenberger
The wedding vendor I didn’t know I needed. Margaret made us feel like we were in a movie. Absolutely gorgeous work.
I truly had no vision for flowers and just let Emma do her thing. And she absolutely nailed it.
Hair/Makeup: Alysha Marcantonio
I had worked with Alysha at my previous job in the music industry and I wanted to make sure I had someone I trusted on such a big day so she was my first choice!
The secoond thing I booked for our wedding after the venue. As a words of affirmation person, this concept really hit home for me. Check out our cry counter here. Use code SQUID10 for 10% off!
Wedding cake is filed under: wedding things I didn’t really care about. However, I am obsessed with Susie Cakes in general so we kept it simple, affordable and delicious! We went with the marble flavor :)
What a HUGE difference lighting makes. When planning our wedding, I would religiously check Instagram for real wedding inspiration at our venue and I realized the dancefloor felt a little too dark. Bringing in just a few lights and a disco ball changed the entire feeling of the night!
Having worked in the music industry for 7 years, music was super important to me. Our DJ, Anthony Swon, was incredible. Took our references and ran with them perfectly. We received so many compliments on the music that night!
Our venue required valet, but in LA that’s so helpful otherwise our guests would have been 30 minutes late circling for parking haha. White Label were a breeze to work with!
If you haven’t seen my TikToks that blew up about our photobooth then here they are! They say it all. Review + Video Footage
