Here is the ultimate list of everything we got from Etsy for our wedding! There are sooo many amazing finds on Etsy - just remember to leave yourself enough time to make sure they arrive for your wedding since most are handmade or small-biz made!

STATIONERY:

Invite templates: Something that bothered me at big invite sites was that there was not nay options that had matching day-of signage. I really wanted the signage to have a through line from the invite all the way to the wedding day so I bought this Etsy template and even ended up tweaking some of the templates on Canva to fit my needs outside of what they offered! For example - I took the little plant emblem and made a sticker on Canva (see below!). Absolutely love this Etsy seller - they have a great range of options!

Wedding day cards: I purchased these cards to give to my mom and dad on the morning of our wedding with a heartfelt note and a big ‘thank you’ for all their help in the planning process!

Meal choice rubber stamps: I accidentally printed our place cards for our guests before adding their meal choice and this was a solution that I ended up loving! Yes, it required me to do it by hand, but they turned out cute and worked great for our caterers!

Return address stamp: I wanted to do our ‘thank you’ notes entirely by hand for our guests and this saved me a lot of time and hand ache! And we’ll get to use it in the future! This is also a great gift for a married couple or a bridal shower!

CEREMONY:

Card box: I had such a hard time finding a card box I liked, but this seller on Etsy had all of my favorites! And now we use it for decor at home and I absolutely love it as a little keepsake box.

Vow books: Definitely make sure to put your vows either on a book or on paper so you aren’t holding up your phone! You’ll thank me years later when you look at your photos! And they make a great memento to keep as a memory of the day.

Ring box: I loved the idea of our vow books matching our ring box after I saw Etsy sellers that sold both! Made the detail photos feel cohesive and I love anything matching. :)

Bouquet charm: One of my favorite details of the wedding. Both of my parents’ fathers passed away — one before I was born and one while I was very young. I can only imagine how much my parents wished they had them around longer so I wanted to honor them in a special way. I still cry just thinking about these and even writing this, haha. In terms of design, I loved that these were the most simple ones I found.

DECOR:

Custom corhnole bags: My dad made this beautiful custom cornhole set for us which was perfect for the patio at our wedding! Only downside was, I didn’t think to put signage to tell guests there was a patio so only a handful of people saw it and I didn’t end up with any photos. Regardless, I loved this detail and it will be great for parties to come in the future!

Cocktail toppers: This was a controversial one on my TikTok haha. Personally, I’d skip these in hindsight but I was excited I found a way to use them! We put them on our desserts instead!
